2. Services

• Our services are designed to provide Myofascial Release (MFR) therapy to individuals seeking relief from pain, improved mobility, and overall wellness.

• Sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability.

3. Scheduling & Payments

​

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by direct communication.

• Payment is required at the time of scheduling unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept 

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • Debit Cards

  • HSA/FSA Cards (if affiliated with major card networks)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

• All payments are processed securely via our online scheduling system.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

​

• This service is Non Transferable and Non Refundable . We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 72 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 72 hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that. We also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to schedule future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur.”

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

• Myofascial Release is not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure medical conditions.

• If you have a medical condition or injury, consult your healthcare provider before scheduling a session.

6. Liability Waiver

       By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating in Myofascial Release therapy.

• You release Nostos Myofascial Release from any liability related to the session, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

• All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Nostos Myofascial Release and may not be copied or used without permission.

• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts the website’s functionality.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Agreement and will never be sold or shared without consent.
