1. Introduction

Welcome to Nostos Myofascial Release. By accessing our website and scheduling services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

Our services are designed to provide Myofascial Release (MFR) therapy to individuals seeking relief from pain, improved mobility, and overall wellness.
Sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability.

3. Scheduling & Payments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by direct communication.
Payment is required at the time of scheduling unless otherwise arranged.
We accept
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit Cards
- HSA/FSA Cards (if affiliated with major card networks)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

All payments are processed securely via our online scheduling system.

4. Cancellation & Schedule Adjustments

Your session time is carefully reserved to support the continuity of your healing. When scheduling is confirmed, that time becomes exclusively dedicated to your progress. We ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any schedule adjustments. This allows another client to receive care during that time and keeps the therapeutic flow of the practice running smoothly.

If a confirmed session is missed or changed with less than 72 hours’ notice:

• The first late adjustment will result in an hour deduction of the scheduled service duration. The remaining 30 minutes will be applied to your next 90-minute session.
• Any future late adjustments will result in the full charge of the scheduled service.

This structure protects the availability of care for every client and honors the integrity of the therapeutic schedule.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Myofascial Release is not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure medical conditions.
If you have a medical condition or injury, consult your healthcare provider before scheduling a session.

6. Liability Waiver

By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that:

You are voluntarily participating in Myofascial Release therapy.
You release Nostos Myofascial Release from any liability related to the session, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

7. Website Use & Content

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Nostos Myofascial Release and may not be copied or used without permission.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts the website’s functionality.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Agreement and will never be sold or shared without consent.

9. Changes to Terms
