Scheduling & Payment
Session scheduling confirms a dedicated time reserved specifically for your treatment plan, and
payment secures that protected therapeutic space exclusively for you.
To uphold consistency in healing:
• Payment is required at the time of scheduling
• Care Plans and individual sessions are confirmed only once payment is received
• This supports reliable continuity and honors the therapeutic momentum of your body’s healing.
• This service is Non Transferable and Non Refundable
Cancellation & Schedule Adjustments
Your session time is carefully reserved to support the continuity of your healing. When scheduling is confirmed, that time becomes exclusively dedicated to your progress. We ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any schedule adjustments. This allows another client to receive care during that time and keeps the therapeutic flow of the practice running smoothly.
If a confirmed session is missed or changed with less than 72 hours’ notice:
• The first late adjustment will result in an hour deduction of the scheduled service duration. The remaining 30 minutes will be applied to your next 90-minute session.
• Any future late adjustments will result in the full charge of the scheduled service.
This structure protects the availability of care for every client and honors the integrity of the therapeutic schedule.
Late Arrival
We request that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to answer any intake questions your therapist may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your treatment so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival.
Inappropriate Behavior
Myofascial Release Therapy is for therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to Myofascial Release Therapy whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
Reserved Parking
Park behind the vehicle on the right-hand side leaving room for the walkway along the fence and through the wooden gate. Walk straight through the wooden gate (147B) to the independent studio located in the backyard of the main house.
Additional Information
We are independent licensed massage therapists, providing one on one sessions in a single room studio. Accepting insurance limits the freedom in preventative and wellness services by restricting our ability to customize treatment plans according to your specific and changing needs. We are dedicated to assessing and identifying possible correlating origins of your discomfort and pain, and committed to providing therapeutic modalities that promote your body’s natural self healing abilities. To better serve your individual needs we do not accept insurance.
